Hey guys, for those of you who slip up and eat at say 2/3am...what do you do the next day? As in, eat as normal, eat when you're hungry, or wait til it's been 8/12/16 etc hours from when you last ate? As I've been reading that you should fast for around 12 to 16 hours overnight. What do you think?

    I require breakfast, so I eat it regardless of what I ate and what time I ate the night before. I just go back to following my eating plan. I get from 6-8 hours of sleep, and before this group I was frequently eating at 1 or 2 in the morning.

    Often I find I'm still full when I wake up so I just wait to eat until I do feel hungry. Then I'll have a snack to hold me over until lunch.
