How is it going for you?
>>> Work is stress, stress brings back bad habits, bad habits are not healthy! Yeah, something like that. But honestly, it goes for me, is the best way to describe it.
How are you doing food and water wise?
>>> Breakfast good, Lunch when work feeds us is horrible! Dinner not so great. Might go to frozen meals as the later I get off work, the more bad food I want to eat. Water for me is hit and miss. Going for drinking a 20oz bottle 3 times during work so that type of goal seems reasonable.
How's exercise and sleep going?
>>> Bah humbug. I am exercising at work with walking around a new facitliy and construction we have. That's going well. Sleep, I'm getting up earlier in the morning no problems, but going to bed early is getting harder. Need to find a balance I think.
What struggles are you having? What successes?
>>> Work and stress is causing me struggle. Successes, I am getting better at little things - waking up in morning not exhausted, eating healthy breakfast, not grabbing 2nd plate of food at work with everyone else, trying to curb my hulu addiction (I like tv when stressed). Things like that.
I'm excited for July. I have a fun run 5k which I will not be able to run the whole way - but it's a walk run so maybe if get a time, I can be motivated to improve for next time. I like charity runs too and not all of them are fun runs, so this will be good practice!
