Working Out Is Cheaper Than Therapy!

I always said it and always will, WORKING OUT IS MY THERAPY!!!
No matter how cranky, sad, upset or negative I may feel, I know for a FACT that I will feel much better after a workout. The serotonin gets released plus that feeling of getting off your butt and doing something good for You, makes such a big difference!
After the most brutal workouts, I feel so much more relaxed and my mind is clear!

So the days when I don't feel like working out, I just think about that Post-Workout Feeling. The feeling you get after you exercise... The feeling of accomplishment and relief!! That is the feeling that makes me put on my workout clothes and push the Play button or go to the gym!
