Firstly, Ramadan Kareem! May our fasts and our prayers be accepted and our sins forgiven this month!

Second, please add me as a friend. I want to see how others are handling keto eating during this month :)
I was keto last Ramadan and actually lost a few kilos when before I used to GAIN 5kg or more with all the sweets on hand.

My Suhur will likely be something like Fish or Steak with some kind of eggs or variation on Shakshouka with a bulletproof coffee. 1000 calories or so and high fat for the day ahead :)

Iftar I think will be lighter. Maybe 1/2 chicken, or more fish or prawns, veges with sour cream etc....
