Body for Life Goals and Actual Last 90 Days

I'm heading into my second quarter break..timed for the 4th of July holiday. Thought I would share some goal and actual numbers from the last 90 days. 7 day goal is 6 -30 minute workouts.. actual 8- 30 minute workouts 30 day goal is 26-30 minute workouts.. actual 30-30 minute workouts 90 day goal is 78-30 minute workouts..actual 92-30 minute workouts. I will take a week break then back at it. I hope everyone takes a break for the holiday and has a great 4th of July
