OK, here goes.
Starting weight: 299.6
Might as well update on Saturdays, so that would be:
7/5 (!) -- 301.6 (+2.0) First time I'm gained in a week since I started, but it can only be water.
7/12 -- 298.2 (-3.4 from last week) (-1.4 for the month)
7/19 -- 293.4 (-4.8 from last week) (-6.2 for the month)
7/26 -- 289 (-4.4 from last week) (-10.6 for the month)0 -
I weigh in on Saturdays.
Starting weight: 136.2 lbs.
Weigh-in dates:
July 5 -- 137.4
July 12 -- 137.0
July 19 -- 137.0
July 26 -- 137.5 having Fridays off for the summer is tough.

Starting weight: 311 lbs
Week 1: (7/4) - 304 lbs
Week 2: (7/12) -304.2 lbs Did what I was supposed to but I think my body is stabilizing from big loss week before
Week 3: (7/18) -306.2 lbs I know this isn't real because I didn't eat 7000 extra calories this week
Week 4: (7/25) -302.4 lbs
Total lost = 9 lbs0
