Protein build up help

I have a healthy diet, but no matter how hard I try or what I eat I just can't seem to build up my protein.
Protein Shakes only do so much, but they are not enough.

    If you are following the ideal protein diet you will probably only have a problem with too much protein.
    I was drinking 2 shakes a day (body fortress) which have me 60g of protein, plus the 8 ounces of meat.

    There is a formula if you search for it that says what your protein should be at - keep in mind, protein your body can't use is converted to carbs. Too many carbs will knock you out of ketosis.
