My goal for the week. Exercise 20mins 4x this week. Track food.0

My goal this week is to run 30 min tues, thurs, sat.... to track every day and do yoga wed, fri. Today is rest day for me.
For breakfast I had bagel thins with whipped cream cheese and two morning star farms sausage patties.0 -
Hi there. I just joined this group today and am looking forward to participating in weekly goals . My personal goals this week are to do cardio 2x and yoga 2x as well as stick to my calorie goal all 7 days.0

Today I didn't exercise. Ended up out of work late which should not have stopped me, but I let it anyway. I ate snacks for dinner but did well with breakfast and lunch. I did track everything.
Tomorrow I am going to exercise. 20mins easy!0
