Hi Ladies!!! Well... it's Monday and I know how that feels! My motivation levels are always wayyyy down on Monday. But it is always a new chance to start fresh, to set goals and get back on track! I am starting Insanity today along with Piyo! What are you doing today???

Monday when I got home I did Jillian's 30 day body shred
