Good morning Walkers and Happy 4th of July! I walked 6 wonderful miles this morning. I was the only one up and walking this morning and it was so peaceful. It was a surprising 58 degrees outside. It was crisp and cool which made my walk even more enjoyable. I hope you all have a great day and enjoy your walks.0

2 miles with Leslie's Women's Walk (Nutri System). Did the firming routine at the end - nice gentle workout! No walking yesterday but did a great overall weight and cardio workout (Mix it Up - Debbie Siebers).

I can't really set a goal this month as I am doing too much traveling. So, my goal will be as many miles as I can while visiting my son and new granddaughter and then traveling later in the month! July is busy this year!
July 4-Endomondo tracked 3.13 miles walked around my son's neighborhood in the The Hague. I miss my USA fireworks :ohwell: Happy 4th to all the Americans!0 -

I just realised that I'm going to get through two pages of posts if I keep commenting the way I have been, sorry.
I am amazed by what a strong start has been shown by everyone this month, you all inspire me so much.
I walked for 2.98 miles this morning before breakfast and another 6.3 this evening. I don't know what it is about going for a walk in the summer rain but it does make me smile. I walked past a field of coriander that had just been cut and the smell carried for over half a mile, that made me smile too.

I slept in this morning so I did Leslie's 4 Fast Miles. It kicked my butt. I wanted to quit after mile 2 but I hung in there and I am glad I did. I even considered doing another dvd but I had to hit the showers because my grandson was spending the day with me. Happy walking everyone.0

Day off yesterday so took my "group" (you all) with me to the track for 7 glorious fun miles of sunshine and blue skies.
Encouraging words- sparkling attitudes-and determination to meet goals and improve physical health keeps the fire lit.

Happy Sunday morning Walkers! I walked 5.5 miles this lovely morning. I was fortunate to see two fawns this morning. They were as surprised to see me as I was them. They froze in place as did I before I continued to walk on by. I saw them again on my next lap laying in someone's back yard. It has been quite a while since I have seen deer in out neighborhood. Enjoy your walks and walk proud my friends.

I rolled out and hit the floor walking this morning before church- did the 1 mile with Leslie followed by the "burn" 30 equals 2 miles!
It felt like a "ta-dah" moment ya know lol.
This is my husbands last day on vacation so now that I knocked out my walking with weights the stroll planned for later will be relaxing.

Treadmill should be fixed this week. My TV and Blue Ray not working. Got new but being electronically challenged, I can't get them to work properly to even get youtube. So....I've been gardening in early morning to beat the heat in an effort to burn some calories.. I am taking my LS dvd to my son's today and will do 3 miles there. :sad:0
