Hi everyone,

I'm new to all this, but I decided to start a ketogenic diet. I realized how bad I was eating, and made the decision. I heard that it could be good to transition into a ketogenic diet so I came up with these goals to start as of yesterday:
Fat - 55%
Protein - 25%
Carbs - 20%
I plan on dropping the carbs by 5% each week till I get into ketosis.

I am also trying to figure out the proper intake goals of Poly and mono unsaturated fats, as well as my sodium/potassium/calcium/magnesium intake goals/ratios. I just want to make sure I am getting enough in general, and not too much. Right now I figured a 2.5:1 ratio for Na/K, with potassium goal set to 2000mg.

I am also doing a weightless full body training to start with. I.E. body weight muscle building, cycling, jogging, swimming, etc...
My goal is to be at the level of a high endurance and strength athlete. If anyone want's to comment or offer suggestions I'd appreciate it.
