this is for anyone wanting to check in daily (or whenever) for the neila rey 30 day squat challenge. i'm starting with day 1 on 1 july to keep it simple, but feel free to start/stop whenever and go at your own pace. a single squat is better than no squat!

    day 1 done.
it is difficult to do more time.
but i m squeezing little time for squats cos i love to do these challenges.
and my commute to work takes 20 mins to and fro daily. i m taking this also into account.
    my nsv today.
my co teacher told me that - i became lean than before and my body structure changed alot and became tight.

she used to see me when i was coming for my son to school before 3 months.

oh wow, that's really terrific that your co-teacher noticed the changes - what a great nsv! i like these challenges because they don't take up a lot of time and can be done anywhere. we'll do our best and keep in mind that even if we miss a day or can't get all the squats in on any given day, doing something is better than doing nothing. we have busy lives and we'll just do what we can do each day. :)

i like the neila rey site because they have a lot of really short workouts to do in under 5 minutes - but doing even a little something (such as the squats) every day is better than doing nothing! it's hard to transition into a new schedule and you'll work in some exercises when you're able. i hope things are still going well at your new job.

here are a couple of microworkouts you might like to try, if you have any energy left! the first one has some good ideas on how to sneak small activities into your day. best of luck!
