i sure hope i understand how this works. i think i do. today i begin. i do a class at the gym on mondays, so my days will be tues, thurs, and one day of the weekend. that may switch around. that is when i gym with hubby. i am following the calorie some what. i am using the snack ideas, and using the calorie suggestions. i use to lift, but, had skin removal surgery (after losing 120lbs) in oct, and gained back almost 20. when i was able to lift again, my trainer took me right back to where i stopped. it had been months. needless to say, i hurt my shoulder, still don't know what i did, hoping i don't need to go to doctor about it. we will see after this week. i may need some stretching. this happened months ago.
anyway. here i go. i know i can do this again. i will begin with lighter weights and work myself up again.
