Thanks Amber! Xo's I love how quickly the number has come down since starting to eat right and exercise again. Keep it up. Make July a kickass month! :happy:0

I totally overdosed on sugar this weekend, hence a two pound gain.

Will be a struggle for Friday for sure, but hopefully won't overdosing as bad on the sugar.
Thank you Suzy for starting the thread for the weigh in's today!! Very much appreciated!0 -
Ya - as for Friday....I'm going to my aunts house. she is grilling something...sausage, burgers, brisket (don't know yet)...and there will be goodies. I am already allotting for that to be a high calories meal...so trying to be good the rest of the time0

@Lisa - no problem at all for starting the thread. Sorry for the misspelling. Just realized I never put the K on week. LoL
@Lisa and Amber - maybe make something to bring wherever you are going that you know you won't do TOO bad with. Going to 4th of July BBQ's are a great time to enjoy and relax and not be too concerned with eating things, BUT if we can bring something that will help get us through it, then it's even better. Like for instance, I am going to make a No Bake Watermelon Cake (http://www.isavea2z.com/no-bake-watermelon-cake-recipe/) I'm making my own whipped cream for the frosting. I am putting the sliced almonds on the side for some protein and omega 3. The top I'm going to put blueberries in the top corner like the stars in the flag and then I'm going to make the stripes with strawberries. So it's going to look slightly different than the link but it's all fruit. I know Lisa you are watching the sugar so this may not be good for you but for me, it will keep me away from the cookies and cakes that my mother in law will be serving. I much rather have sugar from fruit than sugar from junk. Such a suggestion Xo's0
