Hi Everyone!
I stumbled upon the thread in the boards and was so happy to find this group, although i'm a little late to the party. I just wanted to introduce myself and mention my goals.
I need to lose about 15 lbs
My goals are
stick to calorie intake
walk 10,000 steps a day (via fitbit)
try to get at least 30 min of exercise a day
bike 10 miles twice a week
increase water intake
Im also up for some new friends. I love MFP but I left for a while and now i'm back so new friends are always nice to help motivate and support.
thanks and happy to be here!

Welcome Ladybug. I love your weekly targets - going to steal some of them during August!0

Welcome Ladybug.
What timeframe did you set yourself to reach your goal?0 -
Thanks ladies. I guess I want to be 5 lbs down this month. I think a pound or pound and a half per week is a good strategy and one I can handle!0

Welcome!
I know I am struggling with the keeping my calorie intake down and also keeping my steps up to 10,000 per day. I have been biking more which gives me a great calorie burn but I seem to eat most if not all of those calories. And any day I bike I I just do not get enough steps.0 -
I swear, these last 10lbs are a pain to get rid of. It seems that, so matter how strictly I stick to my calories (or not), the scale just wont budge much.0

I agree - those last few pounds are stubborn. Hopefully we can figure out how to get rid of them.0
