Starting stage 3...need help

Hi everyone,

I have never posted here before, but I am hoping someone can help me.

I started stage 3 this week, and I got confused with the amount of reps.

If it says to do the exercise 3 times, 6 reps each, does that mean that each round consists of both legs or both arms? For example, I am doing the 1 armed dumbell snatch, is each round right arm and then left arm, for a total of 6 times?

If so, was that how it was supposed to be done if stage 1 and 2? If it said 2 rounds, was each round suppose to consist of both legs or both arms, for a total of 4 times?

Also, for the BMW, are you supposed to do it twice in this stage?

    Yes I round is 6 reps to both sides of the body - I'm just finishing stage 3 - congrats on pushing this far!
