Hi guys
Since my child was born I have been using a IUD for contraception, 2 weeks ago this was removed, I was going to have a new one fitted but my body said no.
Today I crashed, I feel depressed, very tired and achy so I googled it and apparently this is common with this type of contraception, as is worsening of hypothyroidism
So now I don't know what to do for contraception. I don't think OH would go for no more sex!
Any thoughts welcome ????

I've been on the pill for years with very little issues. I'm on a monophasic one called jolessa. When I started exercising more I did have spotting but it seems to have gone away recently. You could try something like that0
