    Just keep going. If you can't complete a day, try again. And remember to go slow. You got this

    Well done. Don't get too far ahead of yourself. Stick with the program with a rest day between C25K sessions. As sacto68 says, keep it slow. Sounds like you're off to a good start.

    I would agree with everyone else. Keep going and slow is the key! You should be able to carry a conversation with someone while running. If you are panting and out of breath, you are going too fast! This is a lesson I just learned and it has increased my running stamina big time! I always felt like I already was running slow, but I definitely improved by attempting to go even slower. Best of luck on your journey! :happy:
