thoughts on super setting for fat loss

So it's time to change it up a bit, routine getting stale. Had been doing compound lifts, similar to 5x5.
My goal is to lose body fat & I currently stand at around 30%. I haven't done super sets in a few years & to be fair, due to medical problems, had never seen any visual changes in my body over the course of 15 yrs weight training.
I was hoping for changes & did it to get strong, hoping like hell it would cut some size off .
Working in an animal hospital though, one has to be strong enough to lift 60+ pounds of dead weight off the floor & walk it over onto tables. I was able to do up to 90ish with ease. At the time, for a 5' tall & 160ish pound woman, I thought this to be good, as very few others around me could do it. Certainly not any of the girls.
If it makes any difference SW:163 CW:123 GW:100-110
Now that that particular medical problem has been addressed, I'm able to see changes with caloric deficits for the first time ever. This is encouraging because during those 15 yrs, caloric deficits did nothing for me as well.
Anyway...
Super sets for dropping BF% I'd like to hear pros & cons (if any) from you guys please.

Supersets are handy for consolidating exercises and saving time. Can help alleviate boredom as well.
Fat loss is going to come from your diet/deficit. The relationship between the two is thin at best.0 -

 Well they're doing that for sure, I'm still eating at a slight deficit & though the scale says the same thing, everything seems to be tightening towards my midline. So I suppose I'll just carry on. Thanks for the input.0
