Eating After Midnight! AHH

If you eat something after midnight do the calories belong on the day your ending or the day your beginning. If you eat after midnight. What time do the calories need to go on the next day. ( I know you shouldnt eat after 6 or 7 pm.) What was i thinking!

    For me, those calories would get added on to the current day (the day I was still awake for). And there's nothing wrong with eating after 6 or 7 or 10 at night as long as it is worked into your day :)

    Yeah, meal timing isn't a huge deal as long as you account for the calories. One thing about eating late though is that because your body is working to digest food, some people can have a hard time sleeping. My problem is that if I eat after I have already had dinner, I don't usually log it and I tend to binge with late night eating.
