Need motivation, and friends!

Hi girls I'm 20 and really struggling to tone up! Any advice? Feel free to add me also but I am new on here

    Hey! I am in the same boat as you! 20 as well, looking to tone up and increase flexibility. I have been on and off my tracking but I think having friends would be motivating! It's all about sticking with it :)

    I'm older than Stevie086, but am finding that HIIT workouts and Les Mills Grit have changed my workout game. They incorporate strength exercises- i've been doing them since February and while I'm not where I want to be - my muscles are looking a lot better. I'm not losing weight as fast as I'd like to, but I really think it's in part to my body building muscle right now.

    I do the Les Mills class at the YMCA, and have found great HIIT videos online - check out fitnessblender.com
