Long weeekend is ahead of us and of course it means BBQ, parties, friends and poor nutrition. Who is planning to stay somewhat on track this weekend and squeeze a workout in?? I will definately try to be good!!!

This weekend I'll be at my sis place. She treats everyone with loads of food and drinks.. This time I'll stay away from booze but will have seafood mostly.. Maybe go for run.
I don't know but guess I have started hating weekends.. All workout plan etc goes for a toss..0 -
Polina.. When you started your fitness journey what was the first thing you did?
I started with run for 2 weeks and started strength 3 times a week.. Also 30DS on 4th week. Am impatient, not getting results I expected.0 -
I went hardcore and started with Insanity. It was introduced to me and I was so despirate to lose weight I just went for it. I got AMAZING results. I have lost all the weight I wanted and then some. It is a very intense program, but if you stick with it, you will get results 100%! I was overweight and intimated but I am so glad I have completed it because it got me in such a great shape and I have kept the weight off for all these years. It made me fall in love with fitness and I never looked back!! Let me know if you think you want to try it and I will guide you through it!0

OMG, I am so with you! This weekend was brutal with all the food and drinks! I am getting back on trick today! No exuses! But I am also beginning to hate weekends because it really messes with my diet and exercise! Ughhh!!! Just get back on track today and don't dwell on it. I used have the mentality that if I already ate bad one day then I just let myself go. Now I trained myself to move forward and get back on track ASAP. I can't let one or 2 bad days ruin the whole year!0

Yup.. Insanity is definetly in my radar. I wish to complete my 5K and 30DS then either i will go with ripped or insanity. yet to decide!!
Its been 1+ month of logging, lot better eating and being active.. I managed to shed approx 1kg ~2.2lb.
I am not giving up for sure but I really want my weighing scale to encourage me.. going by mfp app I sud be loosing 0.5kg per week, but thats not happening..0 -
Don't get discouraged and definately DO NOT give up!! Sometimes you will see inches come off first and then pounds will follow. Don't concentrate too much on the scale but more on how you feel and how you clothes fits! Also, try to monitor your nutrtion. It does play a big role in your results! Are you eating well?0
