A healthy family can go a long way. They can do so much more together and for each other when they are healthy. This family has determined it is time to get all of the family healthy and keep the family that way. We have all matured and gain wisdom and our physical temple is just as important as our four other temples. The Lord gave us our temples on loan. One day the loan will become due. Let's ensure we repay the loan along with the interest. We are kings and queens, so let's rule our village as healthy rulers.
I don't know about you family but I am tired of hearing what race has the highest percentage of obese people. I want my percentage to change and I want the family's to change as well.
Here is to our healthy independence for all the days to come!
