Pear Shape Workout Routine

Hello All,

I have recently found a workout routine for us Pears. It is a 4 week program, you do 6 days of workouts with one "active rest day". There are 2 days each of: Cardio, HIIT & Strength, all videos are 40 min. or less. The videos are free, you can donate money to the website if you feel you are getting something out of them. All you need for the workouts is: Yoga mat, light weights, a high back chair & the ability to watch videos online.

I have just completed week one and can definitely feel it!!! I didn't feel as if I was getting a good stretch with these videos so I ended up adding a stretch routine in as well, which has helped a lot. She really does target the inner & outer thighs along with glutes. She explains everything really well and is not obnoxious.
