Weekly goal update:
1) Drink more water (minimum 6 cups daily) .... CHECK, DONE!!!! 83 cups of water this week, every day over 6 cups, an average of just under 12 cups a day!
2) Run at least 2 km... because I never make myself run any more .... CHECK, DONE!!!! Ran 3x's for a total of 8.27 km, yay!0 -
