July Challenge

Since this is the first challenge we're going to start with a simple challenge.

Week 1 will be 7/7/14 - 7/13/14
Week 2 will be 7/14/14 - 7/21/14
Week 3 will be 7/28/14 - 7/31/14
Week 4 N/A for July because we did not start challenge until 7/7

Fitness – Get moving. If you’re a beginner or active let’s set some goals for July. You can personalize your goals or use these group goals.

-Beginner : 10 mins a day
-Moderate: 20-30 mins a day
-Active: 30-45 mins a day
-Personal: Create your own goal

Diet – Drink more water. The goal is to drink 8 glasses or 64 ounces of water each day. You may already know the importance of staying hydrated while living in Phoenix, AZ. Let’s refocus on drinking water without sweeteners or artificial flavoring added and replacing a non water beverage with water. If you don’t like the taste of water, try adding lemons, fruit or cucumbers to improve the taste.

-Beginner : 64 oz a day
-Moderate: 64+ oz a day and only 1 cup of coffee or tea
-Active: 64+ oz a day only water
-Personal: Create your own goal


Mind – Laugh more throughout the day. You’ve heard the saying “Laughter is the best medicine.” Let’s make a point to laugh more. Whether it’s reading a joke a day or watching your favorite comedy movie. Enjoy yourself and life more by laughing.

Diet – 64 oz water 6 days
Mind – laughed more by subscribing to a comedy meme on Instagram
