Do you plan your days in advance and have a definite goal of want you want to achieve with your workout program. Having a goal is crucial to your success and your overall results. How much weight do you want to lose or how much do you want your body and eating habits to improve by the end of your insanity program. When you make plans for a definite purpose you become more determined and likely to follow through and obtain the results you expect to get. Set goals and be determined to achieve them. A good book to read or audio to listen to on youtube is eat that frog by brian tracey. He explains the basics of planning your days week month and year in advance. you can do whatever you put your mind to. Have a great workout

I personally like to have that big Goal with the capital G somewhere far ahead of me, but in the meanwhile have tons of little goals, like stepping stones that will get me through this journey. I'm like this about everything - work, personal life, personal projects, weight loss. I like planning my work in such a way that there is always place to wiggle through if necessary.

For this very Journey that I've taken with Insanity, my end goal is to complete it. To stick to this incredibly hard program for 2 months and get myself do it even when I feel like skipping. This is my goal. My Goal, the capital G one, is not really to lose weight. I'd love that of course, but I want to lose weight in order to stop using it as excuses for... well... anything. And blaming it for anything. I want to just win over myself in the end. To conquer myself. I suppose this is my End Goal.
