Need to get back on track after July 4th weekend!

Wow it's July 9th and I'm still recovering from the long weekend full of food and drinks. A Couple of Cheat Meals turned into 3 days of eating and drinking!

I'm o.k. with working out, it's the eating part that I find challenging. I'm craving all those sweets again and I really need to stop eating the leftover junk food from the weekend.

Thankfully the next long weekend is Not until Labor Day, so I have a couple of months to work on my nutrition.

Because we all know that Abs are made in the Kitchen!
