    I've been trying to figure out the next step for me. My goal is to work myself off of meds, and while my current macros are producing results I have been slowly realizing that to truly leave meds behind will mean I must cut more carbs out. I joined the Keto Group and am researching that so I can get started. I know you are doing Keto so I might hit you up with questions.
