How to blast out of a weight plateau ?

Hi,

I've been logging between 1,200-1,400 calories a day and doing around 5 hours of exercise per week. With this amound of calories eaten and this amount of calories burned, I usually get 6 days per week, with a net calorie under the calorie max.
I allow myself 1 indulgence day/week.

It has been about 5 weeks that I am stuck at the same weight.

Any suggestions ?
