Hi. I got to week 3 runs about three weeks ago but I have had soo much going on in my personal life which has meant I haven't been able to get back out running and progressing. I want to start up again but I don't which week to start back up with. Any ideas? I am hoping that once I get back into the habit of running again I will get it stuck as a routine.

I'm obviously no expert, but I think I would start on week one day one, and if that went well, try week on the second day, and so on. That way you're getting back into it somewhat slowly, but aren't stuck doing something that's too easy.0

Did you get a chance to go out for a run yet? If not, I'd try with week 3 and if it is too much, just go backwards. It doesn't sound like illness hit you, so you might very well be able to pick up where you left it.0
