Seriously??? A 1/2 Marathon for Me???

Hello!!!
I have decided to run a 1/2 marathon on Nov. 2nd. As of today the furthest I've run (without stopping) is 3 miles. I was able to keep a good pace finishing in 32 minutes. Do you have any suggestions for websites/resources that will outline how I should be training???
Also, I would like to join a group of women who will be running 8 miles on July 27th. How can I best prepare for that??
Thank you in advance!! : )

I have a friend who uses the Jeff Galloway program. I've lost count of the number of half marathons she has run now.0

there are tons of half training programs out there.. start now so that you can build up mileage slowly... you still have more than 3 months! I started my half training last month and my half is not until November too. Good luck!0

I did the Busy Girl's Half Marathon program last year. It "got 'er done" but reflectively, it was a bit light.
