Down to last 10 lbs

I think as an apple shape we have to work a little harder ie be at a lower weight to look more proportionate. We cannot hide the weight as easily as someone that carrys weight in legs or butt. I am down to the last 10. I feel I have reached a plateau. What does it take to lose the last bit? What have you done to maintain weightloss being a apple shape? How do you eat? What is the best cardio for slimming down in mid section? Have you found you do better working out for a longer period of time? Do we need to have more weight training? Just trying to figure out to tone up.Also do you find you are at a higher bodyfat %? I am 124.8 30% bodyfat and 5'5
