Day 1 of Insanity

So tonight will be day 1 of insanity for me. I'm so glad to be a part of this group because I need the accountability to get through this workout. I've had this workout for over a year now and I have yet to get past the first week. I have a cruise that I'm going on at the end of August so this workout is going to be perfect to get me to lose that last 10lbs I want to lose. Looking forward to chatting with all of you.
