  • So, we had a question about having daily challenges on top of our monthly challenges. I think this is a great idea. What does every body else think?

    Also, if everybody is interested, we could start the challenges this Friday. Any objections to starting earlier?

    Stating earlier sounds good to me. Daily challenges are good too. A few ideas could be doing extra reps in your regular workout. walk or jog a mile (if you walk, try to jog a little), cut out sugar for the day, eat clean for the day (no junk, fast food, processed food).
