So, we had a question about having daily challenges on top of our monthly challenges. I think this is a great idea. What does every body else think?
Also, if everybody is interested, we could start the challenges this Friday. Any objections to starting earlier?0 -
Stating earlier sounds good to me. Daily challenges are good too. A few ideas could be doing extra reps in your regular workout. walk or jog a mile (if you walk, try to jog a little), cut out sugar for the day, eat clean for the day (no junk, fast food, processed food).0
