Getting Started

Hello all! So I have known I have this condition since after my first pregnancy. I was just getting to do the exercises when what do you know, I got pregnant again!! So here I am 4 weeks post partum and I know I have to start getting my stomach muscles back in order! I want to get the Tupler DVD and book package but was wondering if I should also look into the other system (MuTu?) Is one better than the other?? I think the Tupler one is more popular but I was just wondering if anybody here had success with the other one. Also I have two babies close in age, is it unrealistic to think I can do these exercises daily?? My 4 week old barely naps!!
