    I've been a bit of a slacker, but not totally out of it yet!

    yesterday: 100 jumping jacks, 50 crunches

    (weekly total: 200 jj, 100 crunches)

    I haven't done anything yet today, but it's still early...

    Whew! Almost forgot to hit it this morning, but remembered and got another 50 of each done.

    Weekly total: 300 jumping jacks, 300 crunches (might sneak in the final 50 jumping jacks later today)
