Best "fried" chicken!

Take the hot and spicy bakenets, grind them up, take about 1/4 cup hwc, and 1 egg. Whip egg and cream, dip chicken in, then in rind crumbs and fry in peanut oil. OMG, so good!

I have all that but the peanut oil. I might do it with coconut oil and see how it goes.0
