Skipping to days?

I MADE MISTAKE IN TITLE, SKIPPING TWO DAYS, UGH KEYBOARD
So I did first 3 days of level one, and I really like this workout, it's way easier to stick to than Insanity, but yesterday and today i am feeling not very well, yesterday i haven't done any exercises and today i had very short run in the morning, but haven't done anything else, because im feeling quite... not right. all i want is to sleep actually. So I'm thinking is it okay if i skip my Shed today too? or should i try to do it, and maybe i will not throw up on the floor while doing some jumping jacks? What do you think? I will definitely do shed tomorrow, but i just don't know about today...
