Does anyone know anything about the American Fitness Professionals and Associates?

    Have not heard of that one. Most of the trainers up in the northwoods are certified through NETA.

    Hmmm...I don't tthink NETA has a Nutrition Certification.

    They have one once you have gotten your training certification.....but it is an add on. Not sure where to go for just doing something nutrition? That may be a college class? Have no idea/

    They have it at AFPA. I am trying, though, to find people that my know something about it at a personal level, I guess.

    There's a "for personal trainers" section at the bodybuilding.com forums that seems to have a few threads on certifications, including AFPA.

    Thank you! I had not seen all of those forums. I sent out at least 10 inquiries to gyms, diet centers, etc, in my area asking if they acept that certification and if they ever have that kind of person on staff. That was Monday. I didn't hear back from ONE of them.
