Anyone have information about Invocana, any experience with it?

    My brother takes it and thinks it's great. He was part of the study for it. It helps keep his weight down and keeps his diabetes under control. The only problem with it is the cost. He has a card where he gets it for $20 for a year, but who knows what it will cost after the year is up.

    I took invokana for a few weeks. It did help lower my sugar levels but the side effect of yeast infection was not good. My doctor has only one other patient taking it and he does not like the fact that it puts excess sugar in the urine causing yeast infections.
    I no longer take invokana.
    I have good insurance coverage so my copay was minimal, but 30 day supply is about $320.00 without insurance
