Phase 2!!

For the last few weeks I kind of slacked off with the plan because I was getting ready for my vacation. I definitely wasn't sticking to the meal plan and I was only getting about 4 full workouts in a week. But I'm back from vacation now so I restarted Phase 2 yesterday! It felt really good to work hard! I got my food prepped and my workouts printed out. I can't wait to see the results after this phase!
