Are you still on track this summer?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see how everyone's summer is going?
Are you still exercising and keeping your nutrition in check?

4 of July threw me off completely! I had family in town and we literally had a 3 day long BBQ!

Too much food and alcohol made it really hard for me to get back on track after that. So I decided to start a new workout program and as of this week I started a 3 Day Cleanse to detox and rejuvenate my body from weeks of really bad eating.

I already lost a couple of pounds and feeling lighter so by Thursday I hope to really feel healthy and reenergized!

Labor Day better not throw me off like 4th of July did! ;)
