Favorite cashew cheesecake recipe?

It is my birthday next week and I want to make myself a fancy dessert.
Cashews are my favorite nut and I just bought a large bag.

Does anyone have any recommendations on cashew cheesecakes or cashew based desserts?

    I know you may not want to go out and buy a cookbook, but Artisan Vegan Cheese by Miyoko Schinner has quite a few cashew cheesecakes recipes.

    1) Creamy No-Bake
    2) Fluffy No-Bake
    3) San Francisco
    3) Raspberry Swirl
    4) Pumpkin &
    5) Chocolate

    If any of those sound good I could take few minutes and type it all out (if you don't want to go and buy the whole book) - just let me know.
