Day 3 Workout: Lower Body Fix

Options
Given that my legs were already a bit achy, I was expecting to be in a bit more pain than I actually ended up being.

Favorite move: Curtsey Lunges. So much better than straight back lunges.

Challenge move: Fire Hydrant. Stretched something oddly in my left leg, so I modified it a bit.

Ouchie move: Quad Raises on the floor near the end of the workout. Now those I felt!

    Today was a good workout! I actually spent 45 minutes practicing Piyo for a class I'm going to eventually teach so I think that helped loosen some things up! But the Lower Fix was still a killer! Those quad exercises and the squat-leg raises ALWAYS gets me!!

    How did everyone else do? :)
