Food Log

I've been doing really well on the food log. It's so easy to do. Trying not to weigh myself every day (they say to only weigh once a week). Still working on the low/no sugar thing. Hope everyone is doing well. I challenge everyone to weigh themselves before starting diet/exercise and then post lbs lost once a week. Ron, Jacqueline and I will be posting every Monday as we started 7-14-14. good luck everyone. Stay strong!!
