Day 4 Workout - Pilates

Favorite move: Superman with Side Rotation.

Challenge move: Stir the Pot following Mixing the Bowl. My pot only got semi-mixed on both sides.

Ouchie move: Plank with Hip Drop. Holy cow!

    Your right...all the outer leg stuff...OUCH!!

    I liked this workout, I thought it was going to be easy but I sweated - whoop!

    The outer leg is definitely my weaker spot, which is why I really like it!!!
