Day 4 (summary of day 3)

I have to say I feel really good on this program. I was worried after the first day but since I made some minor adjustments I feel satisfied. Workouts are good too!
The BEST part is...I have lost 4.5lbs since last Wednesday. I know it is not all the 21-day fix since I started watching my food and cutting out alcohol last Wednesday but I like the first weeks results so far :):)
My anniversary is next week and it would be nice to shed a few more pounds so I can wear my dress, either way I am feeling good!

I am still a litlte challenged on coming up with menu ideas but I love that we are all posting ideas. I found that the Beachbody.com site has some great recipe ideas too.

Day 4 dinner menu will be grilled pork chop w/ brussel sprouts and salad

    That's awesome you lost that much weight in a week! That's wonderful!
    I have to agree with you--- I do like this program a lot. I'm certainly more conscious of my food and everything!!! :)
