Vinyasa Flow

I did my first Vinyasa flow and it was awesome.....

Granted it wasn't long one and it was pretty basic (otherwise I doubt I could have done it) and I had to drop to my knees as I transitioned from downward dog to lunge but it worked and it was great and I felt amazing afterwards.

I can't believe the effect that yoga has had on me! I feel so much better in my body (overweight or not...it's mine and I love how I feel in it more and more). I found a terrific stress reducing work out and love it! Not only did it bring me calm in my storm it made it made me stronger for the next storm.

I don't mean to go on and on...because obviously you all know what I'm talking about, but if I were to tell someone else they would just look at me and say uh huh....nice. Good job. And meanwhile I feel like I came across something that is just life changing. :)

Have a great day! I need to catch 20 mins of down time...and then I have to get cleaning my house! I want to make sure I get my mat time in later.

Vinyasa flow is my favorite! For someone who's mind is going 100 miles a minute it's the only style of yoga I can do without wanting to jump out of my skin!

That's my favorite too! Yoga really is life changing, in my opinion. When I get on a roll and get on the mat every day, I feel amazing. It's been off and on for me the last few weeks, and I can tell a difference in my attitude, I need to get back to daily. If you get a chance, check out stuff by Travis Eliot. I have a dvd set of his that I love love love.
