    Feel free to FR me! I am hopefully nearing the end of my pre-op phase. I have my last meeting with the surgeon today and should get my date this afternoon.

    I went through the RNY process about 2 years ago. There are many similarities in the diet and recovery time of both surgeries, so I could certainly help out if you need it.

    Sleeved on 2/25/2013
    Started my journey at 425
    Now at 220 and maintaining well.
    Reached my goal by November of 2013 and been going to the gym three days a week and feeling great.
